This rotary oscillating shear line is designed for high-speed blanking of automotive inner and outer body panels. The coil material is fed through a precision plate correction system, then sized and delivered to a flying pendulum shear mechanism for accurate cutting. After shearing, sheets are transported via belt conveyor to a dual-stacker system — the second stacker accommodates longer sheets. Each unit supports independent automatic control and automatic feeding for seamless production integration.
